We found that the hotel room was nice and always clean. The pool area was also very nice and we never had a problem getting sunbeds. Unless you're using margarita Island as a cheaper base to visit Angel Falls (wonderful) I wouldn't bother going. I tried to be upbeat about Isla Caribe but a succession of inefficiencies, uncleanliness and poor attitude by staff and rep defeated me and I just couldn't wait to go home.
