We stayed for 1 week at the Plaza Hotel. Friendly staff, good breakfast, rooms/bathrooms (modern) were o.k. but do not justify the high price. The hotel is 1/2 block from the Plaza de Armas so it tends to be noisy if you get one of the rooms with a small balcony facing the narrow street that leads to the Plaza.... More
