the only upside was that I was in Ullapool for the Guitar Festival and only really needed a bed and a shower - but at £48 a night, this was ... as mozroz said ... not a nice experience ... feeling seriously ripped off! Also, quite a long way out of town ...

I stayed here with 3 friends on a cycling trip. We only stayed the one night and to be honest that was long enough. The owners are decent welcoming people and the breakfast was fine but the hotel rooms themselves are in dire need of refurbishment. A small and friendly motel. Clean and comfy. Tasty breakfast with plenty of options. Healthy or hearty. The rooms are not particularly modern but they are extremely comfortable and very clean. Each room has its own door from outside so no corridor noise. Parking right outside the rooms
