Chosen with a degree of trepidation caused by reading a few reviews, but the decider was the young staff member we met outside. A lovely friendly pub, with excellent views and very clean comfortable rooms. Fantastic breakfast. Does what it says on the can: an inn with rooms.

Can never fault food,always inventive and changed often so regulars can get a change of meals.Good choice of local seafood.Scenary looking out on water is breathtaking on a nice day.Handy also if you are getting ferry.Rooms are cosy and fresh and very modern.Given choice its def the best b+b around from experience and is great value! xx

Stayed just one night on a touring holiday of the highlands. Beautiful location and room overlooked the loch. Very peaceful even with the ferry in sight. The reception on arrival was exceptionally friendly and the staff were very helpful. Stayed here with my brother on for a night through from Inverness on a cycle mid January. Hard to find fault. Warm and friendly reception. The hotel rooms were comfortable, pleasant and modern. The bar was fun and the breakfast was good. Service was efficient and helpful. I would stay there again. We were on the first floor, so passersby could look in our window, but the hotel is at the far end of town so it wasn't a problem.

We visited with friends on a Wednesday night and the restaurant was very busy. The meal we had was excellent, lots of choice and large portions. The service was friendly and we were made to feel very welcome!
