Extremely shabby room tucked at the back/basement of hotel behind two fire doors down two corridors and two flights of steps, difficult to negotiate with luggage. Only ever saw one member of staff who was reception when we arrived and taking our breakfast order and serving breakfast the following morning. Tired decor, rooms not particulalry clean, corridoors smelling bad, no one about. We would not go back. More

Dont know where all these bad reviews came from! We received a warm welcome. The staff were super.The chef produced superb food with generous portions. 20 of us had a very comfortable 5 nights. Would certainly recommend it and will be returning. Many thanks Urr Valley Hotel. More
