This is a nice home. In a great location. Right in the centre of Kelso. Very friendly owners. Great breakfast. Bedroom was fine, but the en-suite was little more than three feet square. Hardly room to turn around, let alone get washed and showered. Only way to get dry after a shower was to leave your bum in the shower.... More

The owners of Ivy Neuk are very friendly, but not intrusive. The bed was one of the most comfortable that I have ever slept in. The breakfast was lovely. The room and bathroom were clean. Brilliant value for money, I would definately recommend people stay at Ivy Neuk

such a lovely bed and breakfast. the rooms are incredibly clean. The owners are so welcoming and friendly. the breakfast was tailor made to our needs and eaten in a beautiful conservatory. we will definitely be back. a hidden gem that we thoroughly recommend.

Very good indeed, owners very friendly, accomodation was clean and tidy and the breakfast was excellent. If i had to be pushed to find a moan it would be the price for the double room was a bit excesive at £60 plus but if you asked me if i would stay again then the answer would definate YES
