The Schooner Hotel is a tremendous disappointment from the minute you arrive, Greeted by the resident Rotwieler you park your car in the unsurfaced junk yard. We visited the Schooner Hotel to celebrate a friend's birthday over the August Bank Holiday weekend and on reading previous reviews, we wondered what we'd let ourselves in for - no need to worry at all!
