Had a great time! Fun in the bar during the afternoon, good food then the ghost hunt!! Some weird goings on but it was exciting. Full English was lovely, freshly cooked and just the job after a late night. Will be going back!

Just stayed at the schooner hotel for one night on saturday the 13th of april! Just called in on the off-chance - party of seven aged 15 - 80 - all tastes catered for and all were large portions - food was good and service excellent. Boys were entertained with pool and football on television - adults sat in the the back which was quiet. Owners look like they are making improvements to the interior... More

Enjoyed a weekend at the schooner hotel, great atmosphere very friendly staff, made us feel very welcome and explained the hotel history in great detail we explored the spookiness of the hotel, which became very interesting would definatley recommend this for a stay. loved it!!! tots amaz all weekend :))))

enjoyable stay in the schooner hotel alnmouth despite the unusual cold weather for march! breakfast was ok and the pub food was very nice. The room was on the top floor with a double bed and a small but clean bathroom. would certainly go back if in the area.

The schooner is an old building that creaks a lot, and is far from soundproof (the guy below us snored - loudly - all night), and there's detail that needs catching up on.
