We stayed in the "Elm" Cottage for a week and found the cottage very comfortable and clean. The lodge had most items you needed and it also included a lot of little extras like dishwasher tablets and washing up liquid at no extra cost which was an added bonus. We stayed here with our 4 month of daughter and found... More

I absolutely love this place. I was married here on 25th May 2013. We rented out all nine of the cottages over a long weekend. Arriving on the Friday everyone of the guests (family and friends) said they were stunning cottages. They are fabulously decorated, spacious and the grounds are just as wonderful. A large courtyard centres all the cottages... More

What a fabulous place to stay! We stayed in Willow and it was toasty warm. Fab kitchen (well appointed and equipped) and the lounge area was comfy; just perfect for us to relax after our long flight from NZ and Los Angeles. The only problem was with the bathroom which is equipped for disabled guests. There was no storage for... More

A group of us ( 3 families) stayed at Elms Farm Cottages this Christmas and New years (2012). The Cottages are so lovely - Especially our one - The Stables. It was so beautifully decorated, spacious and luxurious. We had 3 bedrooms, 1 main bathroom, 1 en suite, and a huge open plan kitchen and lounge area. The lounge area... More

We had a brilliant stay here for a group of 18 people for a 26th Birthday weekend. All cottages join together to give the illusion of one big house. Would highly recommend all groups. Local amenities are good on site with pubs and supermarkets close also. Would stay again

My partner & I originally booked into Yew Cottage, but on arrival we were welcomed by Carol who kindly upgraded us to the 5* Oak Cottage. We could not fault anything about it. The cottage was so spacious, spotlessly clean, and well equipped with everything you would need on a self catering break. Good location, only 3 miles into Boston... More

What an amazing place to stay, we will definitely be staying there again. The cottages are really lovely, very spacious, very tastefully furnished/equipped and spotlessly clean. Anything you could possibly want is provided for, the kitchen is better equipped than my own, the many towels provided were soft and fluffy, there were many complimentary toiletries provided, there was also washing... We were a party of 4 adults and 1 boy of 15, two of whom were in wheelchairs. We booked into Beech Cottage for 5 days and had a wonderful time. The set up of the cottage couldn't be faulted, everything we needed was provided and more. It was easy for the two people in wheelchairs to move around and... More

We stayed at Yew cottage for 4 nights at the end of July. We found the cottage very clean and well equipped. Plenty of outdoor space for a toddler to burn off some energy! The cottages are in a great location for exploring the area - not far to Lincoln, Peterborough and Skegness on good road links. Our host was... More

We stayed in Yew Cottage. So lovely to have all that space. Very tastefully decorated and so comfortable. The welcome package of goodies went down very well for breakfast on the first morning. Well equipped kitchen (better than our own!). It was just cold enough in the evening to light the log burner - a real treat. Went to Boston... More
