Had a dreadful weekend stay at this hotel. Found the decor seedy and the room in need of a good clean. Proprietor was definitely odd - not a nice person at all and made us feel quite uncomfortable. Breakfast was tepid - when it eventually arrived. Definitely one to avoid

This is a haunt created out of depravity. Bathroom dirty and smells. Owners off hand and he, odious.

My room was very small but it was largely compensated by the fantastic sea view right in front of my bed! I opted to sleep without the curtains, a nice experience! The hotel was calm, and the street as well. The room was clean enough. I would recommend this hotel definitely.

So the decor isn't "corporate bland" - thank goodness! A warm welcome on a wet night. Room very clean & comfortable, everything worked. Shower room/wc clean & modern, shower good temp. Excellent full cooked breakfast, freshly prepared & tasty. Free on-street parking. Certainly a hotel I'd certainly choose to stay in again.

this is my second stay at this hotel,the previous stay being some years ago.the improvements that have been made in this time are nothing short of amazing.everybody who works here can not do enough for you,my stay was most enjoyable and i will be definitely returning.

Our room was the one above the bar on the corner - good sea view. However, the decor was very mixed. It had mock Tudor beams mixed with Ikea furniture and fittings.
