Stayed at Westwood in October and it is nice and clean. However I found the owner very moody. Considering the amount I paid for a room it is totally unacceptable. Also the highly praised breakfast I considered being just average. Definitely not value for money! More

I stayed at the Westwood in mid October with my daughter and can honestly say that the Westwood is a really lovely place to stay. Super breakfast menu.....we enjoyed Lavinia's eggs benedict, fab rooms and location. Recommend. More

The owner Lavinia was very helpful - breakfasts were good quality and rooms comfortable and clean. Ideal base for visiting local area. If you are too tired to walk up the hill back to the b and b after an evening meal - taxi is only £3.00 - bargain! Would definitely recommend. More

We found Westwood Guest House through trip advisor and the great reviews! So here's ours. Set your expectation (easily met) then add lots of small things you hadn't thought of. My wife and I just returned from a mid week 2 night stay at the Westwood. I have to say that it exceeded our demanding expectations in everyway. Booked 2 nights at the Westwood Guest House in Lyme Regis last Mon & Tues 26 & 27 Sept. Absolutely fabulous. We stayed in the Crystal room, beautifully furnished as were all the other rooms (Lavinia the landlady showed us). En-suite with lovely walk in shower, excellent.
