After Zoe's warm welcome we were shown to our spacious, clean and comfortable room, our room had a lovely view across the town and out to sea. A delicious cooked breakfast was served at a beautifully presented table. A lovely place to stay, hope to return soon, thank you.

Zoe and mark made us feel part of the family. A very lovely welcome, great views and an awesome breakfast. If you are staying in or around Lyme I could not recommend a nicer place as base for exploration.

Friendly, very clean, with great views out to the sea. Fantastic breakfast and would recommend to couples and families alike. Easy access to town centre.. Made to feel very welcome and enjoyed sharing breakfast with a variety of guests from a variety of places around the world. Great value .

We could not have wished for a warmer welcome and we had a really wonderful stay. Zoe and Mark were the perfect hosts throughout. They have a lovely home which is clean and comfortable and cook a mean breakfast. We will most definitely be back.

Nice and friendly, scrupulously clean B*B in Lyme Regis. Peace and quiet. Lovely family, friendly but not intrusive. Packed my breakfast up for me so I could eat it on my walks. Up a hill on edge of town -15 mins lovely walk downhill to the sea. 30 mins exercise uphill home! highly recommend

what a warm welcome from zoe and mark and their family. great location, great food, great rooms, great stay - what more can i say. was travelling solo, but zoe was so helpful and informative on local sight-seeing that my stay of 4 days was not enough!!!! will stay again when in lyme regis!!!!!
