I stayed for two weeks as I explored the beautiful Devon countryside. The breakfast was as good as any my mother ever made. Breakfast was made-to-order with a wide array of options. My room was spacious and homey with authentic decor and photos of an era gone by. It was a wonderful experience of English farmhouse living!

Charming vintage B&B on a farm. Walking distance from the village, where there are enough dining options. Friendly staff and quiet and beautiful surroundings. Breakfast is great, too. I'd say you won't find any better in this category. If you think it's your thing, you'll definitely love it: it's all it promises to be.

We arrived late and were met with a warm welcome. This is an old farmhouse nestling under a hill away from the main road which provided us with just the privacy and quiet we wanted from this type of stay. We had a short 2 night break here,while attending a relations wedding nearby. Lovely really old quirky working farm. Bedroom was really beautifully furnished, more than we expected, with tea/coffee making facilities, and a fridge. The owners Trudie and Robert couldn't have been more helpful and to make us feel welcome, and to explain the working of the farm .... More

This farm house is OK. It's very dusty though and not brilliantly clean and the breakfast was bad (swimming in grease). The bathroom had been cleaned and the beds changed! The lady running it was friendly but I'm surprised this is rated 4 star.

We stayed here whilst going to a wedding nearby. Good value for money. Lovely old farm. Room was really large but still cosy. Breakfast was also nice and tasty. Highly recommend it.

We stayed for two nights in this old farmhouse and were delighted with the feeling of being back in another time. The room was large and decorated in a country style. The breakfast was sumptuous and excellent, the proprietors were friendly and looked after us well. Highly recommended if you are looking for old world charm.

A real old character farmhouse. An excellent well furnished very large room. We really enjoyed our stay.
