The room in Treyarnon in the St Edmunds House were beautifully furnished and to a high standard but rather expensive. At least there was the possibility of parking outside in some reserved parking for the property as otherwise parking on the main quay in the main parking area could be very difficult indeed.

Dinner in the seafood restaurant was very good and whilst expensive not too over priced and with lovely fish and seafood was a most enjoyable and welcome experience with the wines not being over-priced as in some expensive restaurants.

A great experience and Padstow itself is a lovely small town with families and children all enjoying themselves with a number of interesting local shops as well as the Rick Stein empire shops which give a 10% discount for local residents staying in the hotel. more
