Magical - it was one of the highlights of our trip!! It is a wonderful antique property that overlooks Padstow and the water. We were fortunate as we had booked a room on the second floor that overlooked the Bay. As gardeners, we had come to Cornwall on a gardening tour and were happy to find a very pretty English... More

Sumptious rooms, great setting and an extremely warm and friendly environment. Couldn't have been anywhere better to celebrate a 50th with a few close friends. More

I took a party of friends to Coswarth to celebrate my birthday. This was our 5th visit to Coswarth and it holds very special memories for us. Mike and Mary have the whole thing running so smoothly that considering anywhere else in Padstow is simply not an option for us. The rooms are all lovely; and we have stayed in... More

We stayed here early September. It's wonderful, absolutely loved it. Great location, great accommodation, delicious food, run by a lovely couple, nothing is too much trouble. Selfishly, I didn't want to write a review because I wanted to keep this a secret! Wish we lived nearer & could stay again. Many thanks to all. Tricia More

The Brunyee Room seems to be a firm favourite here and we can see why. There isn’t much you’d want to change. Terrific bathroom. We stayed end of July just as Padstow was starting to burst at the seams with hordes of tourists like us. Mercifully all was serene at the Coswarth. Bit of a [---] on the car parking... More

Stayed in Coswarth House in July 2009 and thought we were in heaven. Just been back in September 2011 and it is still as good as it was 2 years ago. Great location, beautiful rooms and wonderful breakfast. This is one of the best guest houses we have ever stayed in. More

We arrived early on the 10th September to be greated by Mary, who showed us round our room. Guests reviews talk about the parking being a problem - we booked a space in advance but there is overnight parking very close by and very reasonable so don't let that put anyone off. The hotel is very close to everything so... More

We stayed here for a quick trip away without the kids. The room was fantastic, so close to the town but a haven of tranquility. The little touches made the room extra special and worth every penny. Up to date magazines, water in the fridge, wonderful toiletries, the ground coffee.... Breakfast ws fantastic, lovely toast! A lovely welcome from everyone... More

We have just returned afrer a mini break in Padstow, and have had a superb stay at this superb B&B. It has the feel of boutique hotel, and as previously mentioned all the little touches (arrival drink, flatjack in room, daily piece of fudge, real milk in fridge) are great, not to mention the AMAZING breakfasts!!!! (without doubt the best... More
