It's definitely worth avoiding this B&B. The whole place needs refurbishing and cleaning. I had a single room with a sink. The bed was falling apart, the curtains were mouldy, the door didn't lock (although it was fixed when I insisted on somebody sorting it out). Booked in for two nights, spent our first evening in the bar having a pint, ended up stinking of chip fat. The standard of the place was appalling, extension leads wrapped around curtain poles & hooked over door frames, very unsafe for children. Rather give my money away than have to stay at the well Parc again! Don't do it!!

Massively overpriced. Rubbish dumped outside, smears on the windows, threadbare carpets, ancient blue bathroom suite, curtains that hang in the sink.... Ignore the positive reviews on here. Bed was comfy but that was about it. Stay in Padstow down the road and stay at a lovely (much cheaper) B n B.

We stayed here for two nights and whilst the staff were quite friendly and we had a fun evening listening to great live music in the bar the room had to be seen to be believed! As other reviewers have said, this place is dated (stuck in the 70's). It isn't unclean, but could really do with a bit of a spruce up for the price they are charging. The advertised en-suite wasn't in a seperate room - you literally stepped out of the shower into the bedroom where there was a sink and a room... More

Yes, the hotel may need refurbishing and a bit of updating. However, The Well Parc organise and set up many charity events, such as children in need, guy forks night, halloween etc, i am unaware of any other place in the entire area that sets up as many, if any, charity events, give them a break.
