Everything was excellent; the hosts, the room and the location. The only B&B in my tour of the West Country that had a fridge in the room (albeit small) which I appreciated very much. Very close to restaurants and a convenient base for exploring North Cornwall without having to pay the earth for staying on the coast itself.

Faultless and good value. Friendly, very clean, great choice for breakfast, bright rooms with TV, great showers etc.

We stayed for 5 nights as we toured Cornwall and our stay was absolutely delightful. Debbie and Chris could not have been more helpful and even offered us their bikes to go for a ride. Unfortunately the weather didn't cooperate. We could not recommend Brookdale more highly to anyone wanting a great Cornwall location.

The B&B was very clean and Debbie was very helpful the breakfast was just what you want to start your day. All the little touches in the room were very good. Car parking also good, would recommend to anyone
