We arrived first and tried to pick the best room, as a group somebody always gets the box room but here all 4 fours were stunning and the refurb is amazing. Great breakfast and some excellent recommendations from the host as to where to visit in the area. If you're going to stay in Kings Lynn we'd highly recommend it.

Very clean accommodation. We asked for a top room and got one - beautifully dual-aspect. It's a lovely building in its own right. Our basement room was relatively small, but light, with two windows, and the bathroom was also light with its own window. Both the bedroom and the bathroom were extremely clean, and the white bedding and towels were spotless. The 'tea-tray' was also extremely well stocked. During the 3 nights we stayed at The Old Rectory we found the owners both pleasant and very helpful. Our spacious room was clean and tidy with refreshments and biscuits supplied daily. Wonderful room, large bathroom, very clean. Close to town center, yet very peaceful. We had a good night sleep with the window open in a comfortable bed. Cooked breakfast friendly served, who can ask for more.
