My wife & i stayed at the Royal Hotel March 2012 for a week-end break. Room and food all good however, you don't get everything advertised in the room and the minimal parking arrangements are abysmal. Be prepared to pay for your parking on the public car park.

Perfect! Service, cleanliness, food, drink - everything - and all with a smile. Nothing was too much trouble. The room we stayed in (room 11) was one of the nicest we've stayed in. Great value for money. Definitely go again!

Stayed on a sunday night on a special deal DB&B. Beautiful room bottle of champagne nice dinner chose off main menu but given an allowance rather than off set menu.
