This place is really awful. The pictures do not show what it is really like. I questioned the viewing done by the holiday company but they always fob you off with, "it was alright last year" - are they really that blind? Rooms have cockroaches and they even supply the spray. Pool unclean - black stuff all over the bottom... more

My wife and myself booked a two week all inclusive holiday at Palia Don Pedro Hotel,Costa Del Silencio,Tenerife. We arrived on 16 February 2009 and almost immediately realised our mistake. Have just recently returned from Bel Air, Tenerife and thought I'd start a review. We stayed at these apartments as part of a promotional holiday, with TS Promotions/Fly Buy Holidays - we had to attend a 90 minute presentation as part of the holiday, which actually took 20 minutes as the guy realised quickly that we weren't going to buy... more
