As someone who was there with Benyup, in the middle of the three beds, I could not agree more. Cuddling up to a cold bottle of water to try and keep from overheating at night is not the best way to get some shuteye.

I have stayed in several hostels in Nerja. This is the worst. And by some distance.
We were given a "triple" bedroom in the dungeon, sorry basement. The bedroom, I would imagine normally operates as a twin but had been supplemented with an extra bed for our arrival.
The result was a cramped room, with no floor space, reaching sauna...

We have booked six nights at Hostal Bronce and not even once regreted it. The room was light, spacious and cleaned everyday. Fanstastic location (Mercado - 1 min walk, Bus stop - 2 min walk, Old Town - 5 min walk, Cosy beach via Old Town - 10 min walk) - close to everything yet a little on the side...

Very central based in the old town of Nerja. Most rooms are light and spacious. The first room we were given was in the basement - I would imagine that this would not be a problem in the hight of summer when its very hot, however for early April it felt a bit dark. However we just asked reception and...

I recently stayed at Hostal Bronce and cannot fault it! The room was very clean, spacious for a very cheap rate. The location is great - less than a 5 min walk to the main areas of Nerja through old Spanish streets . We had a very good welcome and would definitley stay there again!
We have just came back from 8 nights at the hostel bronce and can honestly say we would recommend it to anyone. We went to Nerja with around 40 members of family for a family wedding in the Balcon, the whole family stayed in different hotels and hostels in Nerja but after looking at them and knowing how much they...

Hostal Bronce is situated in Nerja old town and is a great place to stay. We arrived by bus - €5 total per person from Malaga airport compared to €60 for a taxi - and should you do the same you then need to walk up to the roundabout and turn right. You should then either cross at the first...

My husband and I spent 4 nights here to celebrate our 3rd wedding anniversary. We booked through hostelbookers and paid 10% deposit followed by the remaining balance upon arrival. This was our first stay in Nerja.
As we had a hell of a journey getting there in the first place (Up at 3am, 2hr 40 min flight followed by a...

We stayed for a week in January. Excellent value for money, they had a special offer for a weeks stay in January & we paid about 125 euros, ( I forget the exact price ). We had a front facing room with small balcony. The room had a lovely comfortable double bed & was kept immaculately clean. A good size...

The staff at the Hostal Bronce were friendly and very happy to help on arrival, and informed us that we had a great room down in the basement with a small courtyard. It was a lovely little room and ensuite, and very quiet. The terrace on the roof was what made the place for us - we sat up and...
