My sister and I stayed here for three nights on our 12 day trip through Ireland and I am so glad that we did! Not only is the location great if you are looking for peace and quiet not far from lively towns. It was great to see the cows from the farm everyday as well. Teresa was absolutely fantastic... More

We stayed here in October 2012. Teresa was great, friendly, warm. Such a kind person. The rooms were lovely. Breakfast was absolutely delicious. Despite what others have said it is a working farm. Actually got to see the cows being milked in the morning. Couldn't have had a better experience. Thank you to Teresa and Declan

Cozy room with a great view in a lovely old farmhouse set in beautiful gardens. The breakfast was great with home-made breads and was more than we could possibly eat. We would be back there tomorrow if we could.

We stayed at this b&b for 1 night in between Kilkenny and portmagee. It was a little hard to find but when we did we loved it. Beautiful working farm and the owner was very nice and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable we had a great sleep and good breakfast the next morning.

My niece and I stayed for one night in our two week tour of Ireland and although the place itself is beautiful: gardens, rooms are lovely, just didn't receive that warm, lovely, authentic hospitality that was prevalent in so many places. Declan greeted us which was lovely but I didnt feel the warmth from the owner. CAme down for breakfast... More

Our room on the ground floor overooked the back garden and was small though reasonably comfortable. Room was extremely cold and a little dark even though it was summer and for the first time in my life I resorted to sleeping without a pillow as this B&B must hold the world record for the hardest and heaviest pillows ever known... After manouvreing our way up the corner staircase we found ourselves in our room.. it was cosy, with an ensuite, and a small TV.. everything was in it's place, and nothing unusually strange or out of the ordinary.. looking out the window, into the garden, there was an old dog, chasing young birds. Never going to catch them, but [--]... More

Our room at Newtown Farm Guesthouse was very comfortable, the breakfast was excellent, and the hosts were gracious and extremely helpful. Teresa called restaurants for us to find out if they could fit us in for dinner and we had a fantastic dinner at the Whitehorses Restaurant in Ardmore. And when we had a flat tire, Teresa called Maurice and... More

We were greeted by Teresa who immediately let us know there had a been a mixup with our reservation and she had us marked for only one night instead of two but she already booked us a room with a B&B that she knew and recommended just right down the road for the next night if that's what we wanted...
