Management is really good to their customers. Some of the other guest are a little sketchy at times but I'd you talk with them they are usually the average joe. The room is clean and new! My experience at The Value Place in Fayetteville Arkansas was wonderful. The staff was extremely helpful with everything from my request for an extra pillow down to directions around town. I will never stay in another Value Place again. The mattress is extremely cheap. The headboard is placed just opposite of your neighbor and you can hear every noise. Doors slam all through the night.
