Due to a mix up in reservations I was assigned a Smoking Room that smelled Horrible. On first floor, my drapes weren't designed to close and outside lighting was aimed toward my windows, keeping my room lit up at night. Poorly thought out design.

The free breakfast was not worth eating and there was no hot water the morning we checked out. Front desk said they had a full hotel. No excuse to provide hot water to just 60% of the guests. Will not stay at this Hilton property again

Hotel is great, clean, quiet, roomy, well equiped kitchen. It is easy to get to and very convenient to the University of Arkansas, as well as Dickson Street, Will definitely stay there again.

Stayed at the Homewood Suites in Fayetteville, Ark. in Jan. of 2012. It is another fine property that this brand seems to produce across the country.
