I made a reservation for 4 nights at this hotel 5 months in advance for a non-smoking room (I have allergies). When the reservation came through as smoking, I called, now 4 months in advance. I was assured I would get a non-smoking room. Today, two days before my trip, I checked just to be sure, and the reservation is still for a smoking room! The clerks are saying the hotel is booked (it's a football weekend) and they can't find a non-smoking room. It's too late for me to get another reservation. I am steamed! more
