Arrived in August for 3 night - We were told we had no booking despite paying booking fee. The lady at reception told us lies which is unacceptable. This hotel was more than I had hoped for , the food was excellent, the staff couldn't do enough to help, room was beautiful with a fantastic ocean view, .
