Stayed for a few days in the "dorm". Enjoyed the community kitchen & laundry room. Was perfect for somebody coming and going throughout the day. Staff friendly and the owner was helpful. People that give bad reviews are clueless.

A very nice place to spend holidays, alone or with friends. The dining room and the saloon are suit very well to meet new friends : as well as families with children, young couples, other youngs. Possible to have a breakfast (not the full irish one, but a strong one) for 5 €. The bedrooms are tidied every days, it's...

We stayed here with a group friends. Located in the heart of a lovely village. Clean, tidy, functional rooms. Spacious kitchen and lounge area, though the ovens in kitchen could do with replacing. Very relaxed atmosphere here. Be prepared for the discoloured water from the taps(due to the clay or stone in the area apparently). Would recommend this hostel. It...

a harsh and untrue review about the hostel.
I remember meeting you and your party and trying my best to accommodate your needs during your one night
stay with us. Breakfast is available each morning and was available on the morning...

I turned up here on a recent Sunday evening after making a booking the day before, I rang ahead at 5 to ensure that 'Mike' would be there at 8 when I arrived. When I did arrive at 8.00 I rang the owner/manager only for him to tell me that he was drinking (drunk?) in the pub100 yards away, and...

Not really luxury accommodation. Just a Youth Hostel with private rooms. Nicely placed but not with the breath taking views you might expect from the web site. For us a disappointment - didn't see Mike!! Other staff not very friendly or attentive. Very difficult to get prompt email responses to enquiries.
