This is a fine place to stay if you're passing through. Clean, within a couple kilometers of the airport, lots of parking, felt safe, within driving distance of restaurants, free continental breakfast. We stayed our last night before flying home, after a day of driving; it was exactly what we needed. No restaurant in the hotel, so be prepared to... More

I've read some of the reviews and yeh its not the ritz but the staff are very accomodating and friendly.I've been staying there on and off for 2 years and find the rooms clean. And to be honest the staff have to put up with a lot of rude unmannerly people, and the still smile. So I'd ignore the comments of wierwolf... More

Glenmore House is located very close to Dublin Airport with a handy shuttle at the end of their driveway. The staff is small but very willing to help. The room I stayed in had an excellent TV, roomy bathroom, TUB, and a bed that at first seemed too spongy but turned out fine. The room was clean and I got... More

Last stay in our weeklong trek around Ireland. Comfortable and warm and very accomodating. The proprietor was available until late into the evening and offered suggestions for dinner as well as assistance connecting to the internet. The guest lounge was very comfortably appointed and cozy. Very roomy bathroom!

I really enjoyed my stay here. No it's not the Ritz, nor is it perfect, but it's very cosy and peaceful and exactly what a family-run B&B should be. The free wi-fi proved to be very helpful - the signal was weak in the room, but it's much nicer to relax in the sitting/living area with a cup of tea... More

We stayed 4 nights at this B&B: first 3 nights and 2 weeks later another night. First 3 nights our TV and bedside lights didn't work. The room was however clean and the staff was really friendly and helpfull. Last night was really disappointing: we slept in a room with 4 single beds (although we asked for a double). The... More

Arrived at this guest house at 5pm on a Saturday evening, no receptionist on duty just a handyman given envelope with keycard in and room 11 on it. Walked down corridor with most lights out of action found room11 by brail, Room stunk of cooking smell. Noticed torn bedding on closer inspection found hairs on pillow bedding was obviously dirty.... We are sorry that these "guests" chose to post such a nasty and negative review on this site as they did not actually stay with us at Glenmore House. They arrived late at night and as advised their room keycards were waiting at reception. They had 2 dogs with them and when they went to the room they said it... More

We stayed here for one night before taking the ferry to Holyhead. We thought it would be easy to get to downtown Dublin and the ferry terminal. Sadly, it was not. The bus trip to Dublin takes 35-45 minutes with numerous stops, or an express from the airport is expensive. We had to take a taxi to the Ferry; that... More
