A really practical, clean and comfortable hotel with no fuss, everything we required, bathroom with shower very good and very good dinner and breakfast and not too expensive. Staff extremely friendly and helpful and helped us book ahead for other accommodation during our holiday in Iceland. Definately recommended David and Karen Howie

Yeah...it's a shool. The room WITH ensuite bathroom was roomy, comfy with a good size bathroom and shower. Got there too late for dinner....restaurant closed at 9 PM..... and restaurants in town closed. Soft but comfy bed with nice seersucker cotton duvet. Edda hotels is a chain of economy hotels. These are schools converted to hotels for a summer holiday season. Although it can be a nightmare for an teenager to spend vacations at school ;-) this is a very good choice. Iceland is expensive but Edda hotels are one of cheapest possibilities.
