Generally a pretty good choice if you're visiting the monasteries of Meteora - close enough to walk to a few monasteries and an easy drive to the higher ones, quiet, good views from the veranda and close to the restaurants of Kastraki or Kalambaka. We loved staying in the hotel. It's a pity we couldn't stay another night because it was fully booked. The Doupiani House is located outside of Kalambaka in Kastriki, on the outskirts of the village, on a hill with great views of the monasteries and the valley. It was in the perfect location for us!
