I stayed here as part of a side-trip excursion that I took from Athens. Accommodation in this hotel was provided as part of this package. Overall, my stay was comfortable here. It is located close to the main shopping district called Trikalon Street of this quite small town. There was a serene atmosphere prevailing, which I think has to do... More

I organised a Shool group of 35 Australians that stayed here on 19/4/11 to 21/4/11. The location is excellent with one of the Monasteries precariously perched high up on a mountain nearby (visited it also) Service was spectacular from every person here, they bent over backwards to make our stay comfortable including providing advice on where to go and what... Firstly, this hotel is a budget hotel. So if you're looking for luxury, look somewhere else. The rooms are basic (ours was a twin-bed) with a small TV, and an attached bath. That's about it, no more frills here. The dining hall is spacious and pleasantly done up. The buffet dinner and the breakfast the subsequent day were quite nice.... More

Terrible stay. Beds not comfortable, no water pressure, hairblower does not work, balcony chairs dirty, no fridge, safe. Breakfast terrible. Everyonje else must be visiting 2 star hotel if they think this great. As far as we are concerned this is no star hotel.

Probably the nicest of the three hotels on our package tour, the Orfeas is just a few steps away from the shops and restaurants of Kalambaka. It looks fairly new and had the only functioning shower on this trip as well (the hand held actually can be rigged up as a shower head). The bathroom is large enough to accommodate... More

We stayed at this hotel while on a tour to Meteora. It was a nice hotel, very clean, good breakfast, in an excellent location. We had a fantastic view of the monastries at Meteora. Would recommend this hotel for people who would like to stay in Kalambaka who are on a budget.

Good traveling hotel. Nothing special but you don't spend much time in the room. Nice balcony and view. We found the hotel to be quiet, since we had a room on the back of the hotel. The beds are a little hard, but the room is clean. The staff is friendly. Check out the gift shop connected. The prices are... More

Stayed one ight after visiting Meteora. The pool area is nice & allowed our group to mingle. The water was ice-cold !! The beds were rock hard !! Dinner & breakfast were mediocre at best. All the rooms were clean and had the bare essentials.

The hotel is nice, located at the entrance of the village of Kalabaka. We asked for 2 rooms with Meteora view, but I Would advise everybody not to do so. The view is actually great, but the rooms are directly above the main road, very busy with heavy traffic day and night. Impossible to sleep well, even with windows shut.... More

Stayed here one night recently in a quad room which was a fairly large room with 4 single beds and a lovely bathroom. We had a small balcony with a great view of the pool and gardens. The reservation was done by email and they didn't request a deposit. Check in was smooth and pleasant as was the rest of... More
