I really liked this hotel but the beds are flat and hard. It has a beautiful garden and lounge area. Room was functional and fortunately I got a room with a view of the mountains and rocks. Great!!! Some overlooked the street. This is a beautiful area.

Hello, everybody, I am very sorry to write such a bad review about a hotel that is otherwise very nice, but this is a problem one cant't overlook. Last night we stayed at this hotel and today when we checked out, I lost my scarf in the elevator. In the bus I noticed and somebody in the group I was... More

We stayed in Sept this year and found the hotel to be more interesting visually than functionally. Actually, this hotel had the hardest bed and pillows i have ever slept (or attempted to sleep) on. The bathroom had a deep old tub with a curtain and a very low sink (had to bend to use it and i am only... More

Positioned at the entrance to the town the hotel has a beautiful lobby and dining room. Also well appointed bedroom with very comfortable bed. We overlooked the street but the other side of the hotel looks up at the fabulous Meteora rock formations. Brief but nice stay.

Stayed here for 1 night as part of Cosmos/Archers tour of greece. Arrived late evening all luggage handled by the staff. Free wi fi in all rooms code was on the desk. The room had traditional oak furniture all very clean and light. We stayed in 210 which overlooked the busy road. The balcony was good to watch the world... More

We actually stayed at the Kosta Famissi which is across the road from the Famissi, but is effectively the same hotel. Upon arriving the people on reception were amazing, they were friendly and really helpful. They gave information on buses (where the stop was conveniently across the road), good places to eat and local info. The rooms were really comfortable,... More

good location, friendly staff and good breakfast, we were the only ones in the whole hotel (thanks to the crisis) ! the room had a strange smell but nothing bad and the showers could have been better but overall clean. the staff can arrange a taxi to pick you up and go on a tour of Meteora for a fairly... We stayed in this hotel for three nights in mid-June. First, it might be worth noting that there are at least three hotels in Kalambaka with “Famissi” in the name, and we actually confused two of these, thinking we had reservations in one rather than the other [Hotel Famissi, Hotel Famissi-Eden, Hotel Famissi-Kosta]. Hotel Famissi is a large hotel that... More

We stayed for a night while visiting Meteora. I liked our stay. 1. It is about ten minutes walk to the train station. The bus that took us to Meteora stops right at the outdoor patio area of the hotel. So it is perfect location. 2. Front desk people friendly, they offered us advice on how to plan our visits... More

we were a little disappointed in this hotel as it was so big, rather overdone in its furnishings. It has very grand ornaments and fixtures such as chandeliers etc in the large foyer but the room was very average. We did not like the breakfast as the milk was warm and the bread not fresh although there was plenty of food... More
