I looked at many hotels and pensions in Kastraki and felt very welcome at the hotel of Vasiliki...and she speaks english, in case ones greek is rusty. this family run guesthouse is a little gem: very friendly people who always want to answer all your questions, they have great rooms with balcony, with view to the Meteora; it is a walking distance from the monasteries !! and the price is very good
