very large rooms, on fridge, very clean, very good restaurant on site, good prices,nice convention center,flat screen television, plenty of parking,very peaceful,rooms have been updated,we were there for a convention,catered meals were very good.excellent wait staff

For a "modest" roadside motel, this Best Western has amazing, nice, clean and quiet rooms. No complaints in the cleanliness department, including the carpet. Room decor is very nice and new looking. “Excellent, comfortable room!”

We stayed in the Bullock Building, in a King suite. It was a VERY comfortable bed, the room was extremely clean, as well as the hallways, restaurant etc. A great place to stay, location is the best: the historic downtown area is literally down the hill from this location, no need to drive, take a trolley from the hotel!

great place to stay-convenient and close to everything that we do while in Eureka. we liked the choice in breakfast although we missed the breakfast buffet that we had in the past-the food was good. The service was good. The parking is convenient and it is close to downtown eureka.

The exterior looked ok, but the room was terrible. Old and out-of-date, It was very moldy smelling and set off my asthma. The front desk refused to refund my money. We left to stay at a Hampton inn in Bentonville, the nearest new hotel we could find. Exercise caution when renting here if you have allergies or asthma!
