I had a very nice stay at Auberge Concasty. Instead of staying in Aurillac, I elected to go a little further on the countryside and was not disappointed.
I was warmly welcomed by Omar and Martine who run the place. The diner was delicious with a very decent selection of wines to match with your choice of local dishes.
