So by now you've read about the slow lifts and too hot rooms, please ignore these reviews great hotel amazing staff and superb location trust me from an avid traveller this hotel is great Lear. To use the thermostat for the heating and don't be silly about waiting 3 extra seconds for a lift you will be pleased.
