We stayed at Snowlakes with Neilson - considering how much we paid we felt we got good deal. The rooms are big, very clean with maid service everyday. Beds very comfy with extra blankets and pillows if you needed them. Nice big bathroom with real powerful shower. The rooms were very warm..you can control the heating but we didn't have... More

The hotel was lovely, very nice & clean. Staff were helpful & kind. Stayed at Snowlakes with Crystal Holidays for a weeks skiing in Jan 10. Hotel is pretty standard 3*, no complaints but nothing to rave about either. Stayed at Snowlakes apartments during a ski holiday and overall was impressed with this hotel. Check in was quite efficient (Note: reception require a single passport and credit card as room deposit), and the room was a decent size.
