no problems booking, friendly contact with good speaking and helpful owners joseph and sara. on arrival warm friendly service continued - this proved a theme all thru the holiday and was not a front - very sincere. rooms fairly priced, small tv on the wall (two english channels only BBC news and CNN news - would have been nice to... I stayed at Hotel Casado in Pas De La Casa for a week in Jan 2010. I found the owners and staff very friendly, welcoming and good guides to the resort.
