We stayed in the Mirador for two nights. It was okay. The view from the bedroom in the morning was our one saving grace. In my opinion, this is the best hotel in San Marcos (and I've stayed in a few of them). It's very clean, and comfortable, the staff is friendly, helpful and speak great English, and it has one of the best breakfasts you can find in the area! more

Loved the Mirador suite at Aaculaax. The room, a short trek up some relatively steep steps from (almost all of) the remainder of the hotel, was awesome.
