I loved the "Included" breakfast at the Ramada Yuma Chilton Conference Center. First, I really prefer the term "included" rather than 'free' when hotels list breakfasts. Let's face it, hotels charge for the breakfast as part of the room fee. Nothing is truly "free." That said, let me absolutely state that the breakfast included in the price of a hotel... More

I have had the pleasure of staying at the Ramada Inn every weekend for at least the last two + years for my night shift job. The captain of the ship, Susan the desk manager, always greets me with a smile even when she is very busy. It's very obvious she wants her clientel to have a great stay. Of... More

This place overall was not terrible. Thier employees were very nice and the pool seemed pretty nice(although I only jumped in at night and it was not heated). Thier breakfast was less than desireable and the dining room was pretty dirty. There was a really sweet girl in there re-filing everyone's coffee though. All around, I feel like you can... More

We rented 2 rooms and right before checkout, 2 of us noticed bites. Upon pulling back the covers, we discovered a bed bug and blood. We also saw that the comforters had crusty dried stains all over them (we checked in at 2 AM and could not see this when we arrived). Disgusted, we notified Susan, the manager at the... More

Overall I was pleased with the Ramada. It had a large outside pool and a small hot tub. The hot breakfast was fabulous, which is why I chose the Ramada over a couple of others. The beds were comfortable and there were new white European look down comforters. The staff was pleasant. The carpets in breakfast area and room were... More

Place is in need of a lot of repair. Key card took at least a half dozen tries each time you wanted to open the door. Turned on bedside lamp and it fell off the wall. Called desk and they came and took the lamp but did not bring a replacement table lamp like he said they would. Second bedside... More

I reserved a non-smoking room, 3-4 weeks in advance--desk clerk began apologizing when we walked in--"I hope your room is ok, 'cause I don't have another one to put you in if it's not"--the non-smoking room didn't have a sign on the door, REEKED of smoke, and came complete with an ash tray--the dead bolt didn't work--light bulbs missing from... My husband and I usually stay in Yuma each year for dental work in Los Algodones and have actually stayed at this hotel before but wow, what a year can do. Our room was on the bottom floor, and was a handicapped room. First thing we notice is 2 LARGE cockroaches in the room. My husband got rid of them... More

Well, I was quite disappointed in the Ramada Inn. It was old and very dated. The bed was in need of replacement and the room was very tired. Carpets stained and worn, bathroom also old and beat up. Not a place I would have stayed if I had another option.
