Among tall pines and aspens, the motel is sheltered off the highway with attractive rooms, bar/lounge, dining room and generous free breakfast, and close to the Grand Canyon or while en route to other western destinations. A pleasant surprise with more quality and character than most on-the-road hotels, and welcoming service, too. No elevator but someone will help with bags.

I stayed at the Best Western in Williams in May of 2012. The hotel is newer. It is back off the road. I had a nice suite. The hotel was quiet and the AC worked well. The hotel was clean and quiet. They have an onsite restaurant and bar. Williams is about 50 miles from the Grand Canyon. There is... More

We chose this place for its location straight off highway 40 from Vegas and for being near to Grand canyon (about an hour) without the silly costs of the hotels on site. The rooms were quiet, clean and had a nice decor but no lift so ask for a ground floor if you have large/ heavy cases. The restaurant was... More

This place was very clean and more affordable than staying in Grand Canyon itself. By far, it has the best breakfast spread that's included which actually has eggs, biscuits and gravy, sausage, waffles and other baked goods along w/ cereals and juices. The only downside of this place is there is no elevator. Good luck lugging up the goods if... More

The staff is friendly and helpful, the hotel restaurant steak was good, the free breakfast was better than average, the bar is fully stocked with local beers on tap, and there's a pool, hot tub, and workout room all in a beautiful setting in the Ponderosa pine trees of Williams. Getting to the Grand Canyon is a straight shot north... More

We stayed at the Best Western In Williams after getting off the Canyon Railway. We were tired travelers when we arrived but refreshed and rejuvinated when we left! At check in my kids met the Chef, who was very jovial. He invited them to come out to the Fire pit and roast marsh mellows and make smores. That was a... More

This is a nice property on the edge of town but with lovely wooded countryside around. On check in I heard the clerk mention a lot cheaper rate (by $70) to someone than I had booked on line months before, so felt aggrieved. When I questionned it, he looked up my paperwork to find that it had already been reduced,... More

Enjoyed our stay here.Helpfull and pleasant staff. Motorcycle friendly with easy access from the highway. Had a great steak dinner at their restaurant. Wonderful service and some of the best steaks ever. Spent a nice evening chatting with other riders around the fire pit at the hotel. Wil definitely be staying here again

We were looking for a base to visit the Grand Canyon and Flagstaff area. This motel fit the bill, being inexpensive. We paid around $90/night, including a great hot breakfast. However, there were a number of minuses: We had heavy bags to bring in. No help from staff. There are trolleys, but no elevators. This is a deal-breaker if you... More

Location was fine but is a little way from the town. Not an issue for us as there is a Denny's just down the hill. Enjoyed the fact that it was beside the forest. Rooms were spacious and comfy. The bar area has a fire-pit so you can sit outside Good breakfast. Did think that the bar was expensive though.
