We enjoyed the place. Spacious enough for us, 2 adults and 2 kids. We had dinner at the steakhouse across the street- enjoyed that. Close enough to the park , to be able to scoot back if you need to use the restroom, and be able to make it back to the park again. Restrooms were clean, beds were comfy- no problem . It's an excellent place to explore the Canyon. It's just located a few miles away from the south gate, in a fantastic location. We stayed in one of the mini suites. The facilities were very good for the money spent. More

This was an excellent choice for us travelling with 3 children. It is really close to the Canyon which saves extra travelling time. The hotel rooms were spotless and spacious. We had 2 rooms for our group. Breakfast was fabulous..the pancake machine a highlight for the kids. The swimming pool was good but not very clean which put us all off swimming in it. YES where the toilet and tub are are tiny, about as small as you can imagine. the staff we encountered were nice, albeit a bit hard to understand at times. the breakfast was fine, they only had one section open but when it got super crowded they opened a few more tables.... Our experience was very positive. Our room was large, king bed, desk, two padded chairs (one with foot rest), refrigerator and microwave. We did not here noise from outside nor from the hallway. My husband and I stayed in this hotel with my in laws.And all of us were hugely disappointed.There was dirt in the room,the coffee machine worked only if you keep pressing the on button the entire time that the coffee is brewing.The bathroom was very small and suffocating and the beds hugely uncomfortable.We had to spend only 1 night here,so that was the good part.The only nice thing was the breakfast the next morning.That was... Checkin was the fastest we ever experienced. The hotel is clean but really needs a makeover. Room decoration is outdated and the pool area is not enjoyable. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good with many hot items but very crowdy. I don't have any major complain but wasn't impressed at all considering the price. I was glad that we were only there one night.I don't think we'll stay there again. More
