Friendly staff with nice views over the lake. Sunrise from the roof is also nice. The rooms closest to the lake have the best views.

We have been on Lake Atitlan since July and we just spent one night in room #10. The place is clean, rooms are large, the hottest shower water we have every had in Guatemala, the second story veranda is wide with tables, hammocks and chairs which catch the morning sun as soon as it pops over San Pedro Volcano. Because... More

We stayed there for a few days. A room for a couple costs 100Q, which is very good price at a very beautiful place. The room is spacious and clean and there are hot water in the shower (something that is not so obvious in Guatemala). There's an access to the lake for those who wants to take a swim... More

The hotel is just a couple of blocks from the Panajachel dock, right above the Lake. We paid Q100 per room. There are two beds in each room. We were going to share the room with our daughter and 6 year old grandson but they allow only two people per room. There's a short path down to the Lake where... More

The hotel wasn't terrible but wasn't anything special. We had a private room with double beds, and private bathroom on the lowest floor. It was nice but you could hear all the noise that goes on in the hotel courtyard. The bathroom was spacious with a nice shower. We had a cheap hammock outside our door that wasn't really worth... The room was big, there is the terrace on the lake and the ladies were cleaning all day long.. The only cons: the bedlinens were very old and wouldn't stay in their place on the bed and the wc worked quite bad..by the way I think it was bringing the stuff you put in it on the lower floor by the... Nice, Clean rooms with towels and hot showers. Nice owners and close to cafes and Pana Dock. Only problem was smell of coffee bean processing next door, which put me off my coffee.

The hotel has a great location, about 100m right of the pier and very close to the small lane that leads to all the nice restaurants and bars. You can lie in the hammocks outside and enjoy the lake views. The rooms are basic but comfortable, spacious and clean. The bathroom was also clean with hot water. For 100 Quetzals... More
