Staying in a hotel which is basically on the ASU campus and less than a mile from Mill ave is expensive. You do not need to rent a car to stay in this hotel to visit tempe and most hotels in Tempe can't bost that. This hotel is an independent well run hotel. It was probably built in the early... More

Other than sweet lady that works night shift, found rest of front desk staff to exude attitude customers were a bother - Computer & paperwork definitely seemed to take precedent over those paying the bills. While face-to-face etiquette was certainly lacking, only experience that might be worse is that received by telephone callers - Including inbound & prospective patrons. Asking... More

I stayed at Twin Palms for three days cause I joined a conference at Arizona State University. The hotel was the cheapest and closest to University (I did not rent a car) I could find. I have some short comments regarding its facilities and location. 1. No free Wi-Fi. I admitted that I did not check it beforehand. The hotel... More

Well I couldn't even stay there. I had to leave and find another place to stay. Although they said they would not charge me, they did and now won't return my call to get the charge reversed.

Totally outdated, overpriced hotel and ran by rude people. Small rooms with a matress that was like sleeping on a cot..

I have stayed at the Twin Palms several times due to its location and lack of availability at other properties in the vicinity of Mill Ave. Its just barely ok if you need a place to crash. The only thing that has been "updated" is infact the bed covers as stated in another review. The furniture, mattresses and overall decor... More

This Hotel is one of the worst. The Bed are so bad that you wont be able to sleep. The Hotel 'Updated" theirbroom but it is only with ugly bed covers. The room is filthy the bathtub is full of patches and paint. The halls are dated and dark. The only good thing about this place is that they will... More

We stayed for one night at the Twin Palms and the receptionist was rude on arrival. The hotel carpets were very dirty and worst was the room. The bed even had signs of use from previous guests (hairs, dirt, etc.) Also, the hotel charged our credit card extra $15 with no explanation, I am still disputing that fee. Terrible experience.

This is by far one of the most comfortable, friendly places to 'live in' while staying in the East Valley of the greater Phoenix area. The rooms are well appointed with everything a traveler would need. The staff is not just professional, but waiting to be of help. Twin palms is convenient to everything ASU and downtown Tempe. Did I... More

This hotel is in dire need of a refresh. The carpet and furniture were dirty/dingy and in need of a cleaning. Until this hotel gets an update, it should be listed as a 2 1/2 star hotel, not a 3.
