We stayed for one night at the Twin Palms and the receptionist was rude on arrival. The hotel carpets were very dirty and worst was the room. The bed even had signs of use from previous guests (hairs, dirt, etc.) Also, the hotel charged our credit card extra $15 with no explanation, I am still disputing that fee. Terrible experience.

This hotel is in dire need of a refresh. The carpet and furniture were dirty/dingy and in need of a cleaning. Until this hotel gets an update, it should be listed as a 2 1/2 star hotel, not a 3.
