Stayed here for my 50th Birthday. Staff were so helpful. The cocktails at the bar...delicious. I also had a facial whilst I stayed and it was one of the best I have ever had, loved the hot rock neck and shoulder massage that was included. My room was spacious and beautifully appointed. We stayed at the Hilton Sedona Resort for 2 nights this week. The resort location is wonderful with beautiful views of Bell Rock and Courthouse Rock. It is a quick easy drive to either Sedona or I17 to Phoenix and has a pleasant Southwestern feel to it. The staff at this hotel are quite good, very friendly and service oriented. The restaurant food is probably better than it needs to be, as is the spa, and again the staff is great. The downside of staying here is the property. It is old and dated, the views not special (and why else would you go to Sedona?), and the pool areas almost like an old motel. The Hotel is beautiful and fits in perfectly with Sedona. Our one bedroom King suite is suitable for travel with family as you have privacy. The rooms where very spacious. We had plenty of room for our family of six in a standard room. The pools where beautiful and the kids had a great time. The staff was very helpful in recommending attractions and the concierge did a great job in setting things up for us. They even shuttled us to a nearby restaurant in their extended golf cart. More
