The price is right but the rooms show the wear and tear. Furniture is dated but the beds are clean and comfortable. The hotel was quiet. Wasn't interested in the breakfast room at all. Preferred to eat elsewhere.

We were very well welcomed. Very nicely decorated lobby. Room clean and quiet. Breakfast room large, comfortable with extremely nice staff lady. And nice view on the Red Rock surrounding landscape. Away from the touristy atmosphere of Downtown Sedona. I recommend !!
