I just came back from one of the best weekend getaways ever! Myself and 9 girlfriends, ages 35-56 just spent 2 nights at the Enchantment resort in Sedona. I have never seen such amazing scenery, everywhere you looked - gorgeous red rock mountains. Our casita was beautiful and comfortable, food was great, and the spa... incredible. After reading some of the negative reviews for this property, Im suprised. If your coming to Sedona to sit in your room and watch TV, this may not be the place for you. The TVs are old. I didnt turn mine on once, so it wasnt an issue. BUT, if you are coming here to hike, relax, enjoy the awe-inspiring... more

If you are looking to get away from it all and really enjoy the high desert, this is the place. My husband and I stayed in one of the private pool villas last spring and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The view is without comparison....the resort is perched within the rock walls of the canyon, so we enjoyed 360 degree mountain views......... more

This hotel has an immediate feeling of awe...unfortunately the awe is outside, inside the rooms are old and dated...old style TVs from long ago...paper thin walls. The food does not reflect the price of a room $400 and up. The spa staff were rude, the service was ordinary. On and On the disapointments came. Clearly taking advantage of the setting... more

We went for our anniversary which I had told them when I made the reservation - We were upgraded to a suite and had champagne and chocolate covered strawberries waiting for us in our room. Enchantment is truly a first class resort with an outstanding staff. We spent our anniversary here and the staff was extremely attentive. From the moment we entered the property and were greeted by the gate guard with a “Happy Anniversary” we knew we were in for a wonderful weekend. The canyon views are breathtaking.
