My husband and I spent New Year's weekend in the junior suite. It was quiet and luxurious. The living/sleeping area had a fireplace, a balcony, and two flat screen TVs. The bath area was huge with a separate tub and shower and a closet with plenty of hangers and a safe. Everything looked new and updated. I don't think it... More

My husband and I loved every minute of our one week stay in Sedona in May. While this is not a cheap place to stay, we got a great value out of our spacious and clean room, multiple restaurants at the resort, spa treatments, and other amenities. It was the perfect 'home base' to explore all of Sedona and we... More

My daughter and I spent one night at the resort and left wanting to come back for a longer stay. We were in a junior suite which was extremely comfortable. The staff were wonderful; pleasant and helpful. We enjoyed an afternoon wine tasting and morning hike through the red rocks, all included in the cost of our room. Our meals... More

I stayed at the resort for 4 days in January with a friend. We absolutely loved the fact that the resort was nestled in Boynton Canyon and was approximately 15 minutes away from Sedona. The views were amazing and there was a sense of peace and serenity when arriving there. We never minded the drive into town because it was... More

The resort is truly top notch. Rooms are immaculate and well appointed. The spa was the highlight for us. I've been to a lot of spas and this was certainly one of the best. The spa food was healthy, well presented and delicious! The setting is spectacular. I hadn't been to Sedona before, and the Red Rocks were amazing. The... More

Staff are extremely helpful and courteous. Everyone we encountered upon our arrival made sure to thank us for coming again which was nice. I think we even got the same room we had last year which was kind of neat. The room was significantly upgraded from last year's visit though. Flat Screen TV's and new furniture. We had room 274... If you like red rock country, you will do no better than Enchantment. Note that the resort is about 10-15 min outside of Sedona in it's own canyon. So, if you need to be close to lots of bars and nightlife, this may not be the place for you. But, if you are looking for quiet luxury, a stunningly beautiful... More

We had a recommendation from a friend who visited that property last fall. We booked a 3-night stay. This resort is directly at the Boynton Canyon. (Our room key gives access to a special entrance of the Canyon). It is a MUST to walk to the 'Kachena Woman' vortex, in the Canyon, to feel the energy. And the view is... More

Our expectations were exceeded during our recent stay earlier this month and I believe reflect excellent management. The concierge service was excellent which I so rarely find to be the case today. Although the pool was closed and construction was underway at that part of the resort we were not aware of this from our room which had a wonderful... More

Spectaular location for a resort however for a hotel charging this amount of money it really needs to get its act together e.g. 1. items on the room service menu not available and have not been for some time 2. no vegan options on the menu 3. internet not working for three days - unacceptable 4. loud construction noise from... On behalf of the Enchantment Resort let me say we regret your experience was less than exceptional. Exceeding expectations is of utmost importance to us. While it does appear we missed the mark during your recent visit, we are taking every opportunity to inform guests of the construction when booking and making every effort to accommodate guests during the renovation...
