Hotel is actually located in Oak Creek, 8 miles from Sedona. Room was a newly renovated, with king bed, granite countertops, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, and flat screen tv. The first thing we noticed when we stepped out of our car were all the bugs everywhere. Now this is expected outside, but we continued to see these giant black bugs inside the hotel. While Bell Rock Inn is a member of the ILX Resorts network, and a "Premiere Vacation Club" location, we cannot rate it much higher than your average 2-3 star hotel. This hotel is in where I recommend all my visitors to Sedona to stay. I have lived here 15 years and have never heard one complaint. It is affordable and recently remodeled: fabulous rooms. I thought the place was over-priced for what you get. There is no breakfast or restaurant on site. Our room had a big piece of drywall that looked like it was just repaired, covering a big water leak. I touched the wall and a big chunk of drywall came off.
