We have been staying at the Pima for the past 6 to 7 years. Sometimes we visit twice a year as do my parents. We travel from Aberdeen in Scotland.
We have heard there has been some staff changes. I'm hoping they are as nice as the last team ie Susan, Ashley etc.

It was my first stay at Pima and I was quite happy with the size of the rooms, cleanliness, the staff, and the overall experience. The staff was extremely helpful and accomodating. The prices were good. When I return to the area I will stay at Pima again.

Very Accomadating... The Staff is very helpful and friendly. Rooms were just about right for the price and its very close to downtown scottsdale where you can spend the money you saved on the hotel room. Casino just minutes away with great Restaurants and fun. Stayed there for 6 nights with friends played golf every day at a different course all very close to the hotel. Also went to casino only 10 minutes away. All resturants on scottsdale road are minutes away. perfect location right off 101

The manager of this facility, Susan Klucar, and her staff are fantastic. I've stayed at Hilton, Marriot, and many others. The folks here are far more friendly and helpful than at any other facility I've stayed at. This combined with a very pleasant atmosphere and clean, comfortable rooms make for an A+ establishment!
